The Examinacion of Arthur Cheeuers of Ballimadder gent aged about thirty six yeares, taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Luke Keating of Kilcowan in the County of Wexford gent deceased
<To the 1st Inter> The Examinant deposeth & saith that the said Luke Keating dwelt at Kilcowan in the County of wexford, in the Irish quarters the first yeare of the rebellyon & alwayes till he died, & did not thence remooue into the english quarters, as Nicholas Row a protestant his nigh <r> Neighbour did the deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent was frequentlie conuersant with & well acquainted with the said Luke Keating.
<To the 2d inter> Hee Cannot depose
<To the Rest> of the Interrogatoryes he Cannot depose saue onely to the tweluth in that the said Luke with others in his Company in Armes in or about the first yeare of the rebellyon did goe into the Countyes of waterford & Kilkenny & thence did plunder and <s> take away goods and Cattle bellonging to the english Resident there, whereof the deponent was crediblie Informed, by whom he doth not at present remember & further saith not &c
