Donnogh Keinsly late of Balliclery yeoman aged sixtie yeares or thereabouts deposeth Concerning the foresaid Danyell Roe Cavanagh of Balluske That the said Danyell with a great Companie of men in Armes in his Companie came to the landes of Tomduffe the estate of Sir Walsingham Cooke knight about or soone after Hallontide 1641: and did by strong hand driue and carry away a great Number of Cattle of the proper goodes of the said Sir Walsingham Cooke; then grazing on the said landes, And this Deponent and others that were tennants and seruants to the said Sir Walsingham Cooke and making what resistance they could to keep the said cattle were neuertheles forced from rescuing the said cattle, by the said Danyell and the rest then and there in Armes with him And the said Danyell with his confederates droue away the said cattle and conuerted them to their owne vse, and further saith not &c
