Marcus Power of Bannow yeoman aged about thirty yeares deposeth Concerning the said Laurence Cullin, that the said Laurence was in actuall Armes in the first yeare of the Rebellyon about May or June 1642: in the Capacity of a priuate souldier in the Company of one Captain James Downes who then kept at ffetherd the deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent did see the said Laurence Come (with the said James Downes bearing a musquet & sworde <i> togeather with others of the said Downes his Company) to shelbeggan to Releiue the Irish then lying there in that the english the same day before made a sally out of the forte of Duncannon vpon the said Irish forces then at shelbeggan as aforesaid, further saith not
