John รด Murrow of Maglasse yeoman aged fiftie eight yeares or thereabouts deposeth Concerning the foresaid Laurence Cullin that in the first summer after the <k> rebellyon, a partie of the english hauing issued out of the forte of Duncannon vpon the Irish Camp at shelbeggan between whom there being seauerall shotts, vpon the hearing whereof Captain James Downes then lying at ffetherd came to the Irish assistance with his Company wherein to shelbeggan aforesaid, in which Company the deponent did see the said Laurence bearing fire Armes & sword who serued in the said Downes his Company as a priuate souldyer & further saith not
