Donnogh Murphy late of Garans aged about thirty foure yeeres Deposeth concerning the said Michaell Connor that the said Michaell was collector or constable in the first beginning <f> of the rebellyon in the middle quarter of the barrony of Ballaghkeen for the Irish against the english His cause of knowledge is for that the deponent hath seen the said Michaell at the publicque meetings of the Irish the said first yeare there & then called constable & behauing himselfe as as one that was in office and further saith not &c
