Phillip ô Cassey of Baldenstowne yeoman aged seauenty fiue yeares or thereabouts being duely sworne & examined Concerning the aforesaid James Duffe of New Rosse gent deceased saith that the said James Duffe was with the Irish Rebells at & against Duncannon forte beseiging the same, before & after Christmas 1641: & abetting the said Rebellyon, The deponents cause of knowledge is for that <k> the deponent being with his Master Collonell William Browne at the Leager or seige aforesaid did then & there see the said James Duffe in Armes & a Company of souldyers vnder his Comand whereof the said James was Captayne & further saith not &c
