John ô Murrow of Maglasse yeoman aged fifty eight yeares or thereabouts deposeth Concerning the said John Cullin of Newtowne of Bannow gent deceased that he did see and knoweth the said John Cullin to bee in actuall Armes at the seige of Duncannon abetting the rebellyon in the Capacity of a priuate souldyer in the Company of Captain Thomas or Captain John Roch (but whether he Cannot call to minde) about or a short time after Easter, after the Rebellion brake forth, which Companyes Continued A long time against Duncannon & performed most of the <g> seruice then & thereabouts done in killing of the english at Hooke & taking the guarrisson of Tinterne & further saith not &c
