The Examinacion of John O Murrow taken on behalfe of the Comonwealth concerninge the aforesaid Richard and John Waddinge
<to the 1st interro>
<to the 1st interro> this deponent sath that the said Richard and John liued in the first yeare of the warr at ballecogley aforesaid and euer since to this day an then in the tyme of the warr the <a> Irish quarters and sath that the said persons might haue remoued themselues into the English quarters as some English did
<to the 2 intero> he Can not depose
<to the 3d interro> this deponent sath that the said Richard did actually Contrebut in the taxes of the Countrye in the first yeare of the warr and was at Duncannon with many which he Carried thither <b> and paid his proporcion of leuie, for the raisinge of horse and armes Imposed by the then Councell of which he was a member
<to the 4th interro> this deponent sath that the said Waddinge did abett and promte the warr as this deponent Conceaueth for that the said Waddinge beinge <c> the Cheife man of the parsh where this deponent hath often seen the said Waddinge at the mettings of the parshinors and hath heard the said Waddinge say that such armes as they were ordered to prouide must be had with that soe many men may when euer there were occation be redy to goe forth: and for that the said Waddinge did sett vseually sett with the Councell at Waxford

and at Kilkennye & saith further that hee hath seene the said Richard at Duncannon with money for the Irish Army that then beseiged the ffort

<to the 9th interro> this deponent sath that the said Richarde was in the first yeare of the warr of the Countye Councell for this Countye of Wexford and that he was tresurer <d> for the said Countye in certaine yeares which this deponent can not remember and sath that the said Richard was of some Councell at Kilkennye what it was Called this deponent knoweth not
