Art Bryan alias Art mc Teig of Eniscorthy yeoman aged thirty Eight yeares or thereabouts, being duely sworne & Examined Concerning the foresaid Collough mc William and Gerrald his eldest sonne and heire saith that this deponent was in Company with <o> the within said Mrs Alcocke, William Penrust & others that were Coming from Rosse about December 1641: and were mett by the said Gerrald and others in his Company in Armes at a place called Bollibane att which time and place the said Gerrald and the rest with him did plunder the said Mrs Alcocke of two cups and six silver spoones of plate besides a sum of money & wearing apparell bellonging to the said Mrs Alcocke which plate & spoones & apparell was with this deponent & the said William & the money with the said Mrs Alcocke at the time the same was plundered in manner aforesaid, after which time the said Gerrald had correspondency with his said father and enjoyed his estate after his fathers decease & farther saith not
