Margaret Hitchins of wexford widdow deposeth aged fiftie yeares or thereabouts Deposeth Concerning the said Dudly Vadicke That the said Dudly about Nouember or december 1641; did come to the landes of Tomduffe with about fiftie persons in Armes in his Companie and did driue away from thence about two hundred cowes and cattle of that kinde that bellonged to Sir walsingham Cooke knight who was then fled to wexford for safetie of his life, And the next daie after the driuing away the said cattle he the said Dudly with about fourscore persons with him in Armes, came to the <h> howse of Tomduffe the mansion howse of the said Sir Walsingham Cooke and did plunder the same of all the goodes and substance therein The Deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent did see the said Dudly come to the said landes and howse and take and driue away the goods and cowes of the said Sir walsingham Cookes in manner aforesaid and further saith not &c
