Nicholas Connor of Ballinvellegh gent aged about sixty yeares, being duely sworne & examjned Concerning the foresaid Peirce Synnot & Gerrot <u> his brother, saith and deposeth as followes vizt
That the said Peirce & Gerrot dwelt at Ballehownmore & elsewhere in the Irish quarters all the time of the rebellyon and did not thence remooue into the english quarters And further saith that he the deponent did see the said Peirce & Gerrot at the publicque meetings of the Irish that assembled in the said barrony as well the first yeare of the Rebellyon and since in order to rayse men for defence of the Countrey & moneys for maintenance of the Irish forces then raysed against the english and further saith not
