The examinacion of Art oge ô Bryen late of Killalogan in the barrony of Scarewailsh & County of wexford gent aged fortie fiue yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Morish mc Donell of Culenehorny in in in the barrony & County aforesaid gent deceased vpon the Interrogatoryes &c
<To the 1st Inter> The Examinant saith that he well knew the said Morish for that he was the deponents Coussen german & that the said Morish dwelt at Culenehorny aforesaid in the Irish quarters all the <i> time of the rebellyon and did not thence remooue into the english quarters as the english & protestants about & neere him did
<To the 2d inter> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 3d & 4th inter> The Deponent saith that he beleiues the said Morish did Contribute money & prouisions towardes the maintenance of the <k> Irish forces the the first yeare of the rebellyon & after t o the maintenance of the Irish forces in Armes against the english as this deponent & others generally did.
<To the 5th 6: 7th 8th & 9th> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 10th Interr> The deponent saith that the said Morish had one sonne by Name James who went with the Irish party vnder Collonell Cauanaghs <l> Comand to Spaine but in what capacity or office the deponent knoweth not from whence as yet hee is not Returned.
<To the 11th 12th & 13th> Hee Cannot depose and further saith not &c
