Nicholas Connor of Ballinvellagh in the middle quarter of Ballaghkeen aged Sixty yeares or thereabouts being sworne & examined Concerning the foresaid Edmond Murphy and Phelim Murphy saith & deposeth as followeth vizt
That they liued in the said middle quarter of Ballaghkeen all the time of the rebellyon neere to the deponents dwelling & thence did not remooue into the english quarters And that the deponent did see the said Edmond & Phelim at the publicque meetings of the said Barrony in the first yeare of the rebellyon that assembled togeather in order to consulte of the raysing of a trayneband or forces <I> for the defence of the said Barrony And that after that, when the said trayne band forces or Company was accordingly raysed the deponent did see the said Phelim to march in Armes with the said forces as a priuate souldyer acting and abetting the rebellyon in that Capacity and further Cannot depose
