William Stafford of Tamon gentleman adged about 39 being Sworne on the holy Evangelist & exmained on the behalfe of the common wealth concerning Bran Morchoe deposeth that the said Bran Morchoe was of the County Councell in the first yeare of the warr & satt with the said Councell <b> severall times & acted at such times as a member of them, subscribing to such warrants at times as they issued for raiseing of monies & ordering the Countrey for the defence therof against the english who would annoye it
