Margaret Hitchins of wexford widdow aged fiftie yeares or thereabouts Deposeth Concerning the said Edward Masterson of ffearnes esquire That one Patr รด Murrey a nigh neighbour to the deponent informed the Examinant that the said Edward Masterson did in the begining of the Rebellyon take by force from him the said Patricke <r> two horses of his the said Patrickes proper goodes alleagin{g} ging that they were for the vse of the Irish Armie and furth which was in the first yeare of the Rebellyon and further saith not &c
