The xxxth daye of June 1642
William Hill of Rathlishe in the Queenes County gent sworne & examined deposed vppon the holy Evangelist before vs this daye that sithence the beginninge of this present Rebellion and by meanes thereof, William Hill father late of Abbey of Liex esquire whoe was murdered in this Action by the Rebells in Vpper Ossorie hath bin expelled from, depriued Robbed, and otherwaise dispoyled of his goods and Chattells to the value hereafter mencioned
