John Hodder late of Ballinackne in the parish of Bruheny in the Barrony of Orrary and kyllmore in the Com of Corke Esquire a brittish protestants duely sworne & examined before us by vertue of his maiestyes Comission etc deposeth & sayth that on or aboute the for & in the behalf of Robert Brimble S{ } of disert in the parish of Drumah in the barrony of Duehalla and in the same Com ffarryner that on or about Christmas last past synce & diuers tymes synce the begininge of this present rebellion in Ireland he lost was robbed & forceably dyspoyled of his goods and Chattles to there seuerall values following viz{t} worth 190 li.Of Cowes horses sheepe and swine to the value of six score pounds Of houshould stuff to the value of twenty pounds Of Corne and other proviggion in the house to the value of twentye pounds also he sayth by meanes of this rebellion he is d y spossessed of a lease of two plow lands of dishert and Culclogh afforesayde wherin he had a tearme of sixteene year es to com worth Comunibus anni s ouer and aboue the Landlords rent six pounds thirteene shillings and four pence wherin he Conceaues himselfe damnifyed to the value of thirtye pounds also he sayth that he was robbd by Donnell O Kiffe of Brunagh gent Redmond Barry of Lisgrinine gent and there ffollowers The totall of his sayde losses in goods & Chattles amounts to the value of an hundred & nyntie pounds and further I Cannot depose
