The Examinacion of William Stafford gent taken on oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Nicholas Turnor of the Kishaugh in the County of Wexford gent deceased vpon the certaine Interrogatoryes Exhibited for the Comonwealth
<To the 1st Interr> The Examinant deposeth and saith that the said Nicholas Turnor liued sometime at wexford and sometimes at Kishaugh aforesaid in the Irish quarters as well the first yeare as during the whole time of the warre, and did not remooue thence into the english quarters as hee <f> might haue done but not without losse of his estate as the deponent conceiueth: And saith that to the best of his knowledge the said Nicholas was in the towne of wexford, at the storming and taking thereof by the Lord Generall Cromwells Armie
<To the 2d Inter> Hee cannot depose
<To the 3d Interr> The deponent saith that he beleiueth that the said Nicholas did to his abillity contribute his proporcion of all <g> publicque leuyes to the Irish the said first yeare of the warre and sithence
<To the 4th 5th & 6th> Hee cannot depose
<To the 7th Interr< The deponent saith and that he beleiueth that the said Nicholas <h> Turnor did take the oath of associacion being a generall thing
<To the 8th & 9th Interr> he cannot depose
<To the 10th Interr> The deponent saith and that he verily beleiueth that the said Nicholas did not denie the Company accesse & society of <i> any of the Irish then in Armes against the english during the first yeare of the warres & sithence
<To the 11: 12 & 13> he cannot depose & further saith not &c
