In househould goods, prouision, and all kinde of necessaryes worth 40 li. In apparell worth 7 li. In improvements of lands lost 80 li. In al amounting to 720 li. and 10 s. by the means of Connor O Dempsy ofnear Clonemalero gent and his followers <A> and Will: Cosby alias Kelly gent Will: Dullan of Stradbally Walter ffullan of the <720 li.> same, Owen Cranewell near Stradbelly, Cosbys souldiers, Davy Hoser of Ball Rathcore, Alex: Cooke of the same, Neal O Bergan of the same Shane boy of the same Dermott McDavy his youngest sonne, all souldiers of the said Cosby with Edmond Moloy and Murrice O Duols of Ball i Rathmore. He further deposeth that the said Will: Cosby and his followers likewise entised this Deponents sonne Robert Robins to goe out in rebellion with them, asd so he is And saith th at Barnaby Dun of Brittas gent entred upon this deponents corne without any appriseing of it to this deponents knowledge and tooke away a good proportion of it p retending it was for rent of stock and land of all wh ich this deponent was dispoyled forcibly.
