Nicholas Stafford of Codstowne gent aged about sixtie six yeares Deposeth concerning the foresaid Anthonie Cauanagh of Ballinruddie gent That the said Anthonie was a member of the County Councell in the first yeare of the Rebellyon and did sitt and act with the said Councell and signed warrants and other proceedings with other members of the said councell relating to the forwarding and aduancing the warre against the english & that the said Anthonie did consent to all the proceedings of the said Councell <z> The deponents cause of knowledge is for that the Deponent was a member of that councell himselfe at that time & hath seen & knowne the said Anthony to sit and act with the said Councell in manner aforesaid And further saith not &c
