The examinacion of Nickolas Stafford Esquire taken on behalfe of the Comonwealth concerninge the aforesaid Richard Sinott
<to the 1st interro> this deponent sath that he doth not well remember whether the said Richard were at Ballebrinane or at Dubline at the first of the warr but sath that he is sure that the said Richard was soone after the warr broke forth at ballebrinan aforesaid his on and hath liued at the said place euer since to this day it beinge <g> in the and that the said Richard was in the begininge of the warr a protestant, but hath for many yeares past been a papist and is soe at this day
<to the rest of the interrogatoryes> this deponent can not further depose but then that the said Richard was about the yeare 1646 a Commissioner of the armie and <h> did subscri b be subscribe warrants for the raisinge of mony for the Irish forces and that the said Richard tooke the oath of assocaicion and was a Captain of horse of the trained bands for the barronye of forte
