The examinacion of George Cannon taken on oath Concerning the aforesaid Robert Haie
Who on the wholl matter of the Interr: saith That hee very well knewe the said Robert Haie Anno 41 living then at Tecumshey the quarters of the Rebells, That hee was Actually in Armes within the first yeare for the Rebells against the English & that the said Haies servant by name William Brett with others in his Company to the number of Twelue Armed men all papists came to Newbane the habitacion of one Tho: Joald <l> a protestant about Alhallontide 41 & plundered 2 ffether beds & carryed them awaie & this deponent hath since seene the said Brett with the said Haie as his servant
