<L> That hee is hath Credibly heard that the said Nicholas was at the begining of the Rebellion chosen by the towne of Wexford to bee a Captain of a foote Company & saith that to his knowledge such a Company of from the towne of Wexford was at & against Duncannon at Christmas Anno 41
