John Connicke of Maglasse yeoman deposeth Concerning the foresaid Thomas Rosceter of Rathmacknee esquire that the said Thomas was a Captayne of a foote Company for the Irish against the english for that the deponent serued in his Company as a priuate souldyer: And further saith about Easter after the Rebellyon began, an alarum being at in the Camp at shelbeggan of some english that were shooting against <t> Dungulp, the deponent did see the said Thomas Rosceter with a partie of his & other Companyes draw forth to Dungulp against the english when & where one Lieutenant Treuisoe & the men with him were killed & the deponent saith that he did likewise see the said Rosceter with the Rest with him come backe and Returne to the Camp aforesaid at shelbeggan after the killing of the english aforesaid & further Cannot depose &c
