The examinacion of Robert Browne taken on behalfe of the Commonwealth concerning the aforesaid Thomas Rosseter
<to the whole interr> this deponent sath that the said Thomas was in a Captain of foote about Christmas 1641 and actinge and vseinge his vtmost indeauors to promote the warr against the english at and against the forte of Duncannon with his Company, and Continued to acte and promote the warr in seauerall Capacetyes tell the Lord Crumwells aduance into this County of <x> Waxford and then fled out of the said Countye not into the remote quarters of the Irish and there Continued tell Sir Walter Dungan Laid downe armes and submited
