The Examination of Dermot O Murrow taken on behalfe of the Commonwealth concerninge the aforesaid Thomas Rosseter
this deponent sath that the said Thomas had the Custodium of Nickolas Codds estat at Castle towne his Cause of knowledge is tha for that the said Thomas sett the said Estate for a certaine <y> quantetye of porte borne to one Dauid Lamport the yeare before Waxford was taken
