The examinacion of Arthur Cheeuers of Ballimadder of Ballimadder gent aged abou{t} thirty six yeares taken vpon oath Concerning t{he} aforesaid Robert Rosseter of Bridge of Bargie gent deceased
The Examinant deposeth & saith that the said Robert dwelt at Bridge of Bargie in the County of Wexfor{d} in the Irish quarters the first yeare of the rebellion & thence forward till he dyed: And did not thence remooue into the english quarters, as his protestant Neighbours Did The Deponent further saith that the said Robert Rosceter did actually contribute his person in Armes in fighting against the english: The dep{onents} cause of knowledge is for that he the deponent did see <t> the said Robert in Armes with and among the Irish Armie at Ballibegg neere Rosse, where many of the english vnder the Comand of the Lord of Ormon{d} were killed & that ab which was about March 1642: {or} & further cannot depose 1643: but whether he Cann{ot} certainely depose & further saith not
