Marcus Power of Bannow yeoman aged thirty yeares or thereabouts, being duely sworne & examined touching the foresaid Robert Rosceter deposeth that the said Robert did in the first yeare of the rebellion & before the 10th of Nouember 1642: actually contribute his person in Armes for the Irish against the english as a volunteer in promoting the said Rebellyon against the english: His cause of knowledge is for that the deponent did see the said Robert in Christmas 1641: at Clansarragh neere Duncanon forte with and <u> among the Irish in Armes that beseiged the said forte & knoweth of noe Comand that the said Robert then and there had & further cannot depose &c
