<650> The Examination of Olliver Keyting of Dongons Towne aged about 36 yeares taken in the behalfe of the Lord Protector and Comon Wealth of England duly sworne and Examined deposeth as foll against Richard ffitzharris of Coleback
To the first Inter & 2d hee saith that the aboue named Richard ffitzharris did live at his house in Coleback abousaid in the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence and did not remove <b> himselfe into the English Quarters as other English and Protestants did and as hee might haue done.
To the 3d Inter hee saith that the aforenamed Richard ffitzharis did pay all publique Levies imposed vppon him during the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence as others did <c> being imposed vppon all as he beleeveth
To the ffourth Inter hee saith that the abouesaid Richard <d> ffitzharris did in the first yeare of the Rebellion goe into the County of Waterford and there did plunder many Cowes and sheepe from the English and brought them vnto the County of Wexford to his owne dwelling house as hee was credibly informed and verily beleeveth it to bee true
To the ffift Inter hee saith that often times the said ffitzharris did repaire to the Towne of Wexford where the County Councell sate and to the Citty of Kilkenny where the supreame Councell did reside during the first yeare of the Rebellion and afterwards in order to the carring on of the Rebellion as this deponent doth beeleve The cause of this deponents knowledge is that hee hath often seene him at the Towne of Wexford and in publique meetings with the members of the County Councell in the first yeare of the Rebellion

To the sixt hee saith that the said ffitzharris was at Publique Meetings in the County of Wexford in Order to the makeing choise of Members for the supreame <f> Councell the cause of his knowledge is that hee did see the said ffitzharris for that purpose at a publique Meeting at Enescorphy in the County of Wexford
To the 7th hee saith that he doth veryly beleeve the <g> said ffitzharris did take in the Oath of Association it being imposed vppon all in publiq Authority
To the 8th hee deposeth not
To the 9th hee saith that the said ffitzharris was a in the first yeare of the Rebellion a Justice of peace <h> and was afterwards Knight Marshall of the County of Wexford in the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence
To the 10th hee saith that the said Richard ffitzharris had <I> a Sonn by name James ffitzharris which went forth into Rebellion about the yeare 1649 And as this deponent was informed was made a Lieutenant vnder Captain Nash but cannot say that his ffather did Countenance him
To the 11: 12 & 13 hee cannot depose
