The examinacion of Nicholas Stafford of Codstowne gent aged 69 yeares taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning the said George Turnor of Ballifennocke in the County of wexford gent
<To the 1st Interr> The examinant deposeth that the said George Turnor did the first yeare of the rebellyon liue at Ballireagh in the barrony of <r> Ballaghkeen in the Irish quarters & sithence at Ballifenocke both in the Irish quarters & County of wexford & did not remooue thence into the english quarters, as Sir walsingham Cooke knight & Mr ffountaine & others his neere neighbours then did
<To the 2d Interr> he cannot depose
<To the 3d Interr> the deponent saith and is confident that the said George did actually <s> contribute in the publicque taxes of the Countrey for the maintenance of the Irish quarters army against the english the first yeare of the warre and since
<To the 4th 5 : & 6 &7th Interr> he cannot deposeth & beleiueth that the said George was at seauerall publicque meetings of the Irish the first yeare & since <To the 7th Interr> the deponent [ ] As other gent of the countrey were & likewise the <t> deponent doth verily beleiue the said George did take the oath of associacion as the generallity of the Country did
