The Examinacion of Nickolas Stafford Esquire taken on behalfe of the Comonwealth concerninge the aforesaid Thomas Turner
<to the 1st interro> this deponent sath that the said Thomas liued in the first yeare of the warr at ballefinocke and liued after in the Irish quarters till he dyed and sath that the said Thomas might haue remoued himselfe <q> into the English quarters as some English did in the first of the warr as this depo deponent Conceaueth
<to the 2 interro> he can not depose
<to the 3 interro> this deponent sath that the said Thomas did contrebute in the publicke taxes of this <r> Countye as th others for the maintainance of the Irish forces in the first yeare of the warr
<to the 4 5 and 6th interro> he Can not depose
<to the 7th interro> the deponent sath that the said Thomas did take <s> the oath of associacion beinge generally im imposed
