<13> The Examination of William Stafford Gent{leman} taken in the behalfe of the Commonwealth concerninge Cristopher Turner of Waxfor{d} Gentleman desessed
<to the first interro> sath that the said Turner did in the first year{e} of the warr liue in the towne of Waxford aforesaid and then in the Irish Quarters whe{re} <t> the said Turner did Continue till the Lord Croomwell stormed the towne aforesaid where the said Turner was Killed
<to the 2 interro> he Can not depose
<to the 3 interro> he Can not depose

<to the rest of the interrogatoryes> he can not depose more than that he is Confident that the said Turner did take and subscribe the oath of association in the first yeare of the warr it beinge generally imposed and <u> that the said Cristopher Turner was to the deponants knowledge a Captain in the Towne of Waxford foure yeares befor or thereabout sucsessiuelye before the towne was taken and was soe in the storming of the said Towne at which tyme the said Turner was slaine
