The examinacon of Kathrin Oultagh beinge duely sworne and examined on the holy Evangelist before me Leift Collo: Deputy Goveronor of Youghall this 25th of October 1652 deposeth as ffolloweth
<A> That this deponent did see when William ô Leghy and Patricke ô Souan did come with otheres to Tallow bridge <A> and tooke away George Benbery of Tallow bridge out of his owne house and plundered his house and that he was murrder in the wood of Lysfinine, her cause of knowledg is that this deponent did dwell in the said House of George Benbery and sawe him when he was brought home; againe dead: And further saith not:
