<A> William Blake saith positiuely that Murtagh Herrin was one of the persons that comitted the Murther on the 33 person at Cullyn and in particuler did wound him this Deponent with a pike which he the said Herrin thrust into this Examinants shoulder.

Elizabeth Tobin saith that she did see an English ma n presently after Teige Mullryan knock an Englishman being one of the 33 person on the at head with a stone while he was liueing though wounded before and with that blow Killed him. his braines being knocked out with the said blow she further saith that she saw the Corpes of the said Englishman lye after he was d e ad dead in a gutter that came from the Mill.
