Depositions taken Concerning Derby o’Dwier of the County of Tippary in the yeare 1641
William Brookes of Ballifoiell of the Barrony of Imokilly Aged about 32 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith,
That the said Dwier was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee hath Seine the said Dwier in Armes in the yeare afforesaid & farthe{r} Saith not
