<x> <21> <A> Daniell o Haly of Bellgooly aged 32 yeares or there aboutes being sworne & examined saith. he liued the first yeare of the Rebellion at Belgooly aforesaid as seruant to Giles Mashe millor there, where did then & there assemble Phill the generally of all the chiefe gentlemen & inhabitants of the Barrony of Kinalea & parts adiacent & particularly he very well knew & did see there Phillip Barry og, John Long of Mount Cong James Mellafont of Waters land Richard Roche fitz dauid of Cullin, & he verily beleeues that James Mellafont of Waters land was there for & he saw the said James his sonnes there & James Roche of Cunury & James Long. Richard Roche of the Iland, dauid og Rea, w & James Newgent of Aharmartin & this deponent saith he knew Robert Beere & his Wife & two daughters the said Beere whoe liued at Oyster hauen; & were hanged there at Belgooly with [ ] Three english persons more at the said time whose names he knowes not & alsoe saith he heard that two children daughters of the said Robert Beer were throwne ouer a cliff neare Cunury, by some of James Roches of Cunurys tennants whose names he knowes not & further saith not
