Richard Greenfeild of Corke yeoman aged 86 yeares or thereabouts beinge duely sworne vpon the holy Evangelist and examined deposeth and sayth that he this deponent beinge att the apprehendinge of John รด Lyne for the murtheringe of Humfrey Wills, the next nighte after he was brought to Corke where he then Confessed that he was att the killinge of the said Humfrey Wills but he did not giue him the first stroke and that he was a souldier and would aunswer the same before the Governor of Corke And ffurther sayth not
