The deposicion of Leonard Tyley of Castlyons in the County of Corke yeoman aged 50th yeares or thereabouts beinge duely sworne and examined deposeth and sayth that about the begininge of the warrs Rebellion in Ireland he this deponent beinge a souldier in the Garyson of Castl=lyons was Comaund to fetch of the dead Corps which was murdered att killnecurry, and there he with the rest of the <A> party and found the Corps and then goeinge vpp to Mrs Bryans house he did see meale scattered by the way vpp towards the gate, one the very way from the house where the people were Murdered and then he helpt to Carry the Corps to Castlyons and ffarther sayth not./
