Henry Smyth of Castllyons abouesayde yeoman beinge duely sworne and examined deposeth and sayth that att the begininge of the Rebellion in Ireland he this deponent was a souldier in the Garyson of Youghall of Castl=lyons and beinge Comaunded out to kilnecurry to fetch off the Corps of Richard Seller and his wife and of others that were murdered there; he this deponent with the <B> rest of the Company found the Corps and that he did see that from the place where they were Murdered vpp to Mrs Bryans house there was Corne & meale Scattered and that there was at tthe gates of the said Mrs Bryans some Corne in sacks not Carryed in for that he Conceived that they had not tyme to Carry the Corne into the said house and he heard that there was on the backsyde of Mrs Bryans house a horse lett downe over the wall & a man, wherevpon the party and the horse immediately runn to the woods & soe escaped & ffurther sayth nott
