The examinacion of William Murphy of Castlyons in the County of Corke shepard beinge examined sayth that he beinge in his bed that night that Richard Seller his wife and others were murdered he heard a great voyce and did then ryse out of his bedd and Came doune towards Mr Sellers house and there he mett sonne some of Mrs Bryans Servants drivinge two piggs with & others which they Carryed to Mrs Bryans house, and <A> the most parte of the goods were Carryed thither and twoe dayes after Mrs Bryan Caused the Corne in haggard to be to be fetched to her house with her plow, And further sayth that att his Comeing doune he did see the Corps murdered but by whome they were soe murdered he knoweth not but sayth that Captain O’Grady was there with some nyne or ten men, and that he the sayde O’Grady and Mrs Bryan her servants did murder the sayde people; for that he well knoweth that they Came out of the house Mrs Bryans house before the murder was done and wh went thither againe after the sayde Murder was Comitted. And ffurther sayth not./
