9 September 9th 1652
The examination of John mc Donoagh beinge duly sworne & examined
Saith that he beinge a servaunt vnto Thomas Nelmes in the first yeare of the warrs, his master remooueing from thence Enishannon to Kinsaile, that then this examinat went to the <A> Castel of Downe Daniel & that he sawe three English in the Castle whose names he knowes he knowes not & that he heard they had thirtie pounds to saue theire liues, but for all that hanged them, & that Donnogh Mcffeenene & Donnogh Murly Receiued the money & that ffeeneen mc Teige Glebben had part of the money;
