<A> These traterous actions weare committed by Robertt welsh of Tommehelie Robert walsh of Tommehelie & Donnel McArt gent who claymed Barrogh to be his land with many others they charged mee to be gone or they would kille mee and stript mee my wiffe and 4 children And these outtrages weare done in this maner against the deponentt to the vtter vndoeing of himselfe his wiffe and children who are now in meserie by the reason of the afford said crueltie And further he doth nott depose datted 8. of Januarie 1641
