The examination of MLaughlan ô Bohilley as followeth
<Imprimis> Hee sayth that hee was appoynted by the Lord of Musgrey to bee one of the Convey that went towards Corcke with the Widdow Hussey her sonn & daughter a Collier & a nayler & seuerall others whose names hee knoweth nott & one <A> Donnough ô Reardon ensigne comaunded the Convoy who with his convoy & all the passengers marched togither to Kilmurry church where they mett with doctor Healey who questioned with the Collier & the Nayler whatt tradesmen they was who told the doctor there seuerall trades vppon the which the doctor told them that hee hadd occasion to make vse of them & they should go along with him butt the men were vnwilling wherevppon som men that were with the doctor pricked them forward with there skeanes butt hee kept on with the other passengers as farr as the Corner of the parke of Blarney where was a privatt way in which hee and Richard Slabey did thincke to Carry them safe to Blarny butt the Ensigne missing them from the Convoy sent souldiers to looke for him and Mrs Hussey who brought them out of the parcke to the other Company agayne, with whom they went neere a mile further where they mett with William Slaby & others whom Richard did desire to see his Mother & the rest safe to Corke who promissed hee would butt theire hee & the Convay were turned backe butt did not know which way the Ensigne went butt himselfe & Slaby came backe to Macromp the same night & further hee sayth nott
