John ô Quinlan of Coolyduff in the County of Corke and Barony of Barretts aged 24 yeares or there abouts
<3> Beinge duely sworne and examined deposeth and sayth that aboute October 1652 he this deponent beinge on his ffathers land did see some parte of Captain Barretts Company murderinge of Twoe English men but he <A> doth not Certaynely know theire names nether did he know any of the souldiers whoe killed them, save onely Thomas ô Thomby William Barrett and Edmond Barrett. And further sayth not.
