The Exa The Examination of David Williams a soldier in Corke, of Col: Phaires regiment taken Sept. 9. 1652
<2.> The Examinant sworne, saith, that he was one of the 3 muskeeters ordered by the Governor of Corke to go along with Elizabeth Allen for the apprehending of John Barry acused for murther: & that he was present <D> when the said Barry was apprehended at the fayre held yesterday at Blarny & that when the said Barry was so apprehended, he stuck his hand on brest, speakeing in English, I ame a deade man. And further saith not.
