This Examinant saith farther that Dermond รด Murly was with them that brought backe Combes, when they went with him for the mony, & that he was in the place when the said Combes &c. were hangd. And he farther saith that Mc Carty Reagh came to doundaniell Castle the same night that Combes &c. were hangd, & that the mony was offred to mcCarty Reagh, but that he had none of it, and this Examinant saith that mcCarty Reagh neuer imprisond or punished any of them for the murder of Combes &c.
