And this Examinant farther saith that Mc Swiny being then Captain and hauing only his Company, in the Castle, and Comanding there; is best able with to giue a particular Account of these murders, and this Examinant <C> farther saith that McSwinny the Captain staied gouernor in the said Castle, about a quarter of a yeare after these murders were Comitted, and that when he went away, this Examinants ffather being left in the Castle without Comand, deliuered vp the said Castle, when the English came it before it, ffor the which McCarty threatened to hang this Examinants father;
