<x> <9> Katherine Leery of Ringcorran aged 53 yeares or there being sworne & examined saith that shee knowes there were many irish gent, gathered assembled together the first yeare of the warres rebellion at Belgooly neare Kinsale & a ll her sonne was there & all the <D> youthes of the country where were most of the you irish men thereabouts & saith shee knew Robert Beer & his wife, whoe were put to death at Bellgooly, being fetched from their owne house thither, by one donough oge mc Phillip, whoe (as she conceiues) was either seruant, or tennant to Mr John Long. alsoe saith she saith knew Roberts Beers two daughters for shee kept them a fortnight after the death of their parents & there came one Teige o Collmaine & one Edmond mc Morris Roche & to this deponents house, & told the children their father & mother were at Barrys poynt, & said they would carry them, to them, whoe willingly went along with the said towo men; & this deponent followed them, vntill they threatened her, & caused her to returne backe About halfe an howre he not long after the said Teige o Collman came to this deponents house, and
