<A> Seely henis being sworne and examined saith that John henis was her owne brother, which came out of the Tobaco Ilands aboute three quarters of an a yeare before, and liued with this deponant in one house in Kinsale towne and in the first yeare of the warr shee heard her said brother went out of the towne afforsaid to owne boy bogg aboute what bussinesse shee hath not heard, butt heard some of the Irish party tooke him and Caried him to macrompe and then hanged him for a spy spy as she heard and being demanded whether shee euer heard what the names of any of that party was that tooke him, shee saith that the cheefe man she heard was William Gok Gogan of kenellea who was of the Irish party and killed in muskery aboute twelue month since, and being demaunded whether shee and further heard that it was he was hanged by the lord Muskery shee saith shee neuer heard soe neither doth know whether he was in that Cuntry at that tyme
