Thomas Sheane Late of Knockargen in the parish of Rathconie within in the Countie of the Cittie of Corke beinge duely sworne & examined by vertue of his Maiesties Comission &c deposeth & saith. That on or aboute Candlemas last & since the begining of this rebellion in Ireland he lost & hath beene robbed & forceably dispoiled of his goods & Chattles to the seuerall values following vizt worth 70 li.Of his Cattle at Knockarge aforesaid to the value of eighteene pounds ten shillings. Of his hay in the haggard to the value of two pounds ten shillings. Of his buildinge & Improuement vpon the premisses to the value of fortie fiue pounds. Of his houshouldstuffe to the value of foure pounds sterling. he further saith that he was robbed of the premisses about the time aboue mencioned by Gerratt oge Barry of Coole in the parish & County aforesaid gentleman The totall of his losses amounts to three score & ten pounds & further he cannot depose.
